CABS - Calcium Alkyl Benzene Sulphonate

Calcium Alkyl Benzene Sulphonate (CABS) is an active anionic emulsifier component in crop protection chemicals.

It is blended with other solvents & non-ionics to function as an emulsifier for pesticides ECs (Emulsifiable Concentrates) in crop protection. CABS is also employed in formulations of toxicants in household insecticide.

CABS is marketed as KEY-CABS and available in a variety of grades classified as per CABS active matter (viz. 40/50/60/65/70 %), in various alcohol & non-alcohol bases.
